Oklahoma News: | We're experiencing the dog days of summer. We finally broke a 17 day string of 100-plus temperatures, but still no rain. The yard is looking pretty sad. Carol celebrated the big 55 birthday on August the 2nd. Kevin and Tonya celebrated their 13th wedding anniversary on the 3rd. Floyd's birthday is just around the corner, on the 28th. Florida News: Evelyn is still not feeling well, but we are hoping for some good news in the days to come. Kay is getting ready to start computer school. Then I expect that she will design a web site that looks a heck of a lot better than this. News from Texas: Laurie went back to work this week. We all know she's thrilled about that. Daniel is still working long days and nights. Boy, that fast track is busy. Cassie is looking forward to a birthday on the 7th of September. And Daniel's sister, Sharon, is getting married on the 23rd of August, in Maui, Hawaii. We actually think she should fly all of us over for the ceremony, but evidently she isn't in agreement. Oh, well. You guys be well. More soon.
